- United Rentals, Greenwich, Conn.: Matt Flannery, senior vice president, is now in charge of the company’s newly combined East-West field structure for general rental and aerial operations. He most recently led Operations East for United Rentals.
- CNH Global N.V., Burr Ridge, Ill.: Richard Tobin has been named to chief financial officer from chief financial officer, SGS Group, a leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company. Steve Bierman, president of CNH Capital who has been serving as interim chief financial officer since June 23, 2009, will now be able to focus his efforts solely on CNH Capital.
