Speedy Hire, Newton-le-Willows, Merseyside, England, a leading provider of equipment rental and support services in the U.K., has launched a new online sales channel — SpeedyRetail.com — allowing customers to purchase consumables, accessories and small tools.

The Web site will offer more than 3,000 products and all orders placed before 3 p.m. will be delivered the next day. Speedy also will be offering a new range of consumables and accessories called 4site.

“Within depots, we are refining our product range to include the very best industry-leading brands,” said Wendy Bates, Speedy sales and marketing director. “We have sold a limited range of consumables and small items from our depots across the country for a number of years now, so a joined-up national sales channel is the logical next step to give an improved customer offering.
