American Rental Association members
elect national officers, directors

| Members of the American Rental Association have elected the following rental dealers to leadership positions on their board of directors:
ARA’s 2003-2004 slate of officers is: President Thomas Fouts, Bledsoe Rentals, Lee’s Summit, Mo.; Senior Vice President Allen Morehead, Ace Rents, Lancaster, Pa.; and Vice President Bob Anderson, Anderson Rentals, Inc., Lawrence, Kan.
These officers will serve one-year terms and take office at the conclusion of the 47th Annual ARA Convention and Rental Trade Show in Anaheim, Calif., Feb. 13, 2003.
ARA members also elected four regional directors, who serve three-year terms, and an associate member director-at-large, who serves a two-year term.
Stan Crumbaugh, president of Beagles Rental Centers, Independence Rent-All, Inc., Kansas City, Mo., represents members in Region Six, the states of Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota.
Thom Dill, Dill Rental & Sales, West Jordan, Utah, will represent members in Region Seven, the states of Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming.
Larry Steele, Aurora Rents, Inc., Shoreline, Wash., will represent members in Region Eight, the states of Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington.
J. Barry Ghiglione, Handyman Rental Centre, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, will represent members in Region Ten, the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan and the Yukon.
Steve O’Hearn, marketing manager, rental marketing, John Deere Construction and Forestry Division, Moline, Ill., will represent ARA associate members worldwide.
These directors will take office at the conclusion of the 2003 ARA convention next February, with the exception Crumbaugh, who joined ARA’s board immediately to fill a vacant position. |
