Steven Eisenstein, a veteran hospitality executive from Atlanta,  has acquired privately held Classic Tents & Events, a fixture on the Atlanta event scene for more than a decade. Eisenstein purchased all of the company’s stock from previous owner Ria Bruns, who will serve as a consultant during the transition. Terms were not disclosed.

“For more than a decade, Atlanta’s leading corporations, festivals and event planners have counted on Classic Tents & Events,” said Eisenstein. “Our customers appreciate that there is no second chance for their events. I’m proud to say that nothing is changing except our ownership.”

Commenting on her decision to sell the company, Bruns said, “I’m delighted to have Steven taking over the reins of Classic Tents & Events as we complete what has been another record year. I’m confident that under Steven’s leadership, the Classic Tents & Events team will continue to provide our loyal customers with excellent service and value.”

In addition, Karen Alcock, a Classic Tents & Events executive for more than three years, has made an investment in the company, becoming a minority owner.
