Hear from attorneys who specialize in labor and employment law at Kunkle, Miller and Hament as they share their expertise in these areas that are important to your business’s bottom line.

6 – 8 p.m.: “Writing a Rental Contract that Sticks”
All rental businesses use rental contracts. The question is how do you write a contract that is right for your business and, more importantly, can be enforced? Join James Waite, Esq., the author of the American Rental Association's Business Management: Contracts and Legal Guidelines, for an informative session you can’t afford to miss. He will provide real-life scenarios to illustrate the following topics:

• Contract language do’s and don’ts.
• Steps to enhance enforceability of your contract.
• What to do when your customer can’t be found or has gone bankrupt.
• How courts view contracts.

RenTech training is free for the first owner/manager from each ARA general member business. Additional registrants are $40 each. Prospective members pay $75 and if they join within 30 days of the event will have the fee applied toward their ARA membership.
