United Rentals adopts Teradata system for sales lead data analysis

United Rentals, Greenwich, Conn., has adopted the Teradata Relationship Manager (TRM) product from Teradata Corp., Dayton, Ohio. Teradata specializes in data warehousing and enterprise analytics, and TRM is an enterprise marketing management portfolio, which helps manage real-time customer conversation across channels to keep communication consistent on the web, in stores and contact centers.
