Briggs Equipment, Dallas, one of the world’s largest distributors and suppliers of folk lift trucks, industrial equipment and construction equipment, recently received a prestigious technology and innovation award from the United Kingdom Warehousing Association (UKWA) for its BE Fleet “Speedshield” asset-management tool.

Speedshield, introduced in the United States in 2008, is new to the U.K. and is designed to promote optimum safety and efficiency while giving customers control over their fleet.
