Todd Francis has been appointed as vice president, North America for stationary compressors, for Chicago Pneumatic, Rock Hill, S.C. Francis has more than 20 years in the commercial construction and heavy equipment sales and rental field, including more than seven years as part of the Atlas Copco group of companies. He previously served as national account manager for Chicago Pneumatic Construction.
