Safety Tip: Follow the ‘rule of three’
02/05/2012

How can you make sure your safety message sticks with workers? Give them every instruction in three separate ways:

  1. Verbally to explain what they need to do.
  2. In writing so they have a go-to resource for any later questions and you have the documentation they have been trained.
  3. In a hands-on demonstration, so they can try the steps before they get to work.
