Aztec Tents launches social media campaign at The Rental Show

Aztec Tents, Torrance, Calif., a leading manufacturer of tents and semi-permanent structures, has launched AZTEC//LIVE@ARA, a Facebook-based campaign to provide pre-show prep stories, on the floor interviews and observations, real-time show updates, giveaways and discounts for The Rental Show 2012 attendees.

“We’re very excited to share our ARA experiences with our Facebook fans and show attendees,” said Alex Kouzmanoff, vice president of Aztec Tents. “We hope this will bring some excitement to those attending the show and enlighten our customers around everything that goes into creating our exhibit space. For those that will not be in attendance, we hope to bring them the closest coverage of the trade show and let them know about our specials and discounts that will be available during the week of the show.”

Starting Jan. 3, Aztec began to tell the story with preview photos and experiences as they prepare to arrive in New Orleans for this year’s show. Beginning Feb. 3, the Aztec team says it will catalog a much deeper review of the show with posts morning, noon and evening each day. Facebook updates will consist of photos and videos from the show floor, as well as daily product discounts and giveaway announcements.

In addition to AZTEC//LIVE@ARA, Aztec Tents is revamping its booth for this year’s show. Complete with flat screen TVs, giveaways and interactive product slideshows, Kouzmanoff anticipates the reinvented booth will entice show attendees and create a fun and inviting atmosphere.

Show attendees who stop by the Aztec booth will be entered in three HDTV giveaways. Winners will be announced on Facebook each evening.
